Your Responsibilities

  • Market Analysis & Strategy: Evaluate new markets and identify business opportunities
  • Customer Acquisition: Actively approach potential customers, build and maintain business relationships
  • Sales & Support: First point of contact for customer inquiries, support prospects and existing customers
  • Supplier Management: Research and contact potential partners and service providers
  • Administrative Support: Organize day-to-day management operations
  • Project Support: Operational support for our transformation projects
  • Quality Assurance: Occasional support with software acceptance testing

What You Bring

  • Commercial training (e.g., Office Management, Industrial Management) or comparable qualification
  • Fluent German and English skills (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact
  • Independent, structured working style with high self-motivation
  • High willingness to learn and flexibility
  • Affinity for digital topics and software
  • Ability to work independently and act proactively

Nice to Have

  • +Initial experience in B2B sales or business development
  • +Basic knowledge in IT/software sector
  • +Experience in start-ups or small companies
